Meet Megan Stack, MSN, FNP-BC

I'm Megan, a board-certified nurse practitioner and the sole provider at Lamella Beauty. Every appointment is with me, from consultation to follow-up. No hand-offs, no rotating staff, no sales pitch.

I've been a nurse since 2006 and a nurse practitioner since 2011. I opened Lamella Beauty in 2019 to practice aesthetics the way I believe it should be done: unhurried, honest, and grounded in medicine.

My approach is natural and refined. The goal isn't to change your face; it's to help you look like yourself, rested and at ease. We'll talk through your goals, I'll be candid about what will and won't get you there, and we'll move at your pace.

Lamella Beauty welcomes every gender, identity, and body. Whether you're considering Botox for the first time or you're a longtime filler client, you'll be met with care and without judgment.

I offer Botox, Dysport, dermal fillers, biostimulators, GLP-1 weight management, and hair restoration in Portland. I look forward to meeting you.

Our Story

Lamella Beauty began seven years ago with a promise to my childhood best friend, Kelly. When she was diagnosed with advanced-stage breast cancer while raising two young children, I created this practice to help support her and her family. Profits went toward her care.

What started as an act of love grew into a community. For seven years, I've had the privilege of caring for clients through weddings, new babies, losses, and fresh starts, and building relationships that mean far more to me than any single treatment.

​Kelly passed in the spring of 2026. Her strength and generosity continue to guide how I practice: thoughtfully, personally, and with care for the whole person. We fully intend to carry her mission forward by supporting families affected by cancer, including each October during Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
